How to use this shipping label maker

  1. Enter the receiver’s name, address and PIN code. Your return address is remembered for next time.
  2. Add the courier name and AWB number to print a scannable barcode. If you have no AWB, your order number is used.
  3. Choose Prepaid or COD. For COD the amount to collect is printed in a bold black box.
  4. Pick 4×6 for a thermal printer, or A4 to print four labels on one sheet and cut along the dotted lines.
  5. Use Add to batch to build one PDF with many different receivers.

Tips for fewer returned parcels

  • Always include a 6-digit PIN code and a working phone number, since couriers call before delivery.
  • Stick the label flat on the largest side, away from tape seams, and cover it with clear tape.
  • Keep a copy of the invoice inside the parcel. Make it with our GST invoice generator.
  • Selling from your own site or shop? Add a QR code to your packaging that links to your page.

The PDF font supports English and numbers. Hindi or other scripts will not print correctly in the PDF.
